Hi! I’m Beth, and I’m thrilled you’ve landed in my online corner. While you’re here, I have two BIG questions for you, ready?
- What are you doing with this one grand life God’s given you?
- Are you intentionally living your calling or even know why you’re here on Planet Earth at this specific point in time? If not, why not? (oops, that’s a third…did I mention life coaches LOVE asking questions)
MY JOURNEY TO COACHING
Deep, right? About a year ago, I wrestled with these same questions. I felt a yearning I couldn’t name but sensed God calling me on a new adventure.
This stirring manifested itself in feeling restless and stressed (certainly not like an overcoming woman of God.) The result? I overate and binge shopped, which left me overweight and my credit cards hot. My outsides looked good but something was amiss inside. Ever felt that way? I now dub this discontentment a gift…a sign post pointing me another direction.
I started working with a life coach I stumbled upon online who helped me pinpoint the real issue. Through life coaching, my behavior changed as I discovered the missing piece. While I still love shopping (I am a woman) and dark chocolate (definitely a woman), they’re no longer my hideouts.
The source of my dissatisfaction? I wasn’t using my God-given strengths to make the impact I desired. Deep down, I knew I had more to give than my accounting career alone allowed. Coaching aligns with the best of me: a thoughtfully curious listener who loves sharing practical insight and cheerleading others. The Ancient Greeks were right… happiness is the joy you experience when you move toward your potential.
What began as a stirring has become my mission: to help other women connect who they authentically are with what they do so they too experience life at its fullest.
HOW TO BEGIN YOUR COACHING JOURNEY
Answering the tough questions with a coach made a huge difference, and I’m certain life coaching can help you too. If you resonate with my story or seek a caring navigator for your journey, I invite you to schedule a free 30 minute introductory call to see if we’re a good fit. Hiring a coach is an investment, so I want to ensure we get off to a great start. I look forward to the opportunity to speak with you and hear your story.
I’m a small-town girl from WV who lives with a super smart husband, two spoiled cats, and a little one on the way. You may not guess it, but I’m also a loud and proud WVU basketball fan with a gentle heart, a penchant for all things sweet or sushi, and a church pianist who loves to cut a rug (shh). Things I enjoy: my relationship with God, books on personal development, consignment shopping (bargain hunter!), heart-to-heart chats, and new travel adventures.
